Water is Essential to Get Rid of Hemorrhoids
Water is essential to get rid of hemorrhoids.
Drinking at least eight glasses will leave enough water in your intestines to create the loose,
bulky stools your hemorrhoids desperately need in order to get hemorrhoid relief.
Eight ounces of water, eight times per day is the standard that a human body requires in order to
keep the body properly functioning allowing your intestines to become more effective water siphons. If you
don't get enough purified water all of the increased fiber that you more than likely will eat will turn into
an even bigger problem than just dealing with a hemorrhoid.
Also, you may wish to cut back on caffeine and alcohol consumption. While these normally come in
drink form, they actually remove water from your body because a chemical action that causes a diuretic condition
that will increase filtration of water from your body. This is the opposite of what you are trying to
achieve. Caffeine also produces a temporary spike in blood pressure, which doesn't help matters either.
